Good

Kind of slow and dragged out but technically solid. Maybe its just not my type of music... I personally like music that slaps you in the face and tells you to wake up. I could really fall asleep to this song. Infact, im going to go take a nap... keep up the good work.

Awesome

Hey its halfhouse. I decided to make a new account. You know, I had never heard of Mussorgsky, not being a huge classical fan, but since I liked your piece I decided to check him out and I can see why you like him. "Night of the Bare Mountain" is sweet especially around the middle where its really intense. You know, I might want to do some classical pieces in the future... thanks for introducing me. Enough about that though, Kick ass job on this one! Sounds real pro... like you have a real orchestra at your fingertips... I love it. It has a very Russian feel to it too I must say. When I hear it I can't help but to picture a snowy day in a Russian city. I noticed that you made this with Cubase... must... get... Cubase... ahhh! Keep up the great work and congrats on your platinum! 5!

Metalcan responds:

Hey! Yeah I love that Mussorgsky music, it's cool that I introduced you to it. ^^ Glad you liked my tune too.

Now about the programs I use, you don't need Cubase to make this. Cubase is just my sequencer of choice. Edirol HQ Orchestral VSTi is what makes the sound, and that can be used in any sequencer with VST support, like Sonar, Logic, FL Studio and so on.

Thanks much for the review!

nickolas-lumpkin responds:
